Teaching
Lectures:
The following summarizes some of my teaching activities and provides some information on past, current, and future lectures.
Currently I am an Assistant Lecturer the chair of Nuclear Technology at TUM’s Department of Energy & Process Engineering.
- Technical University of Munich TUM
- Nuclear Fuels and Materials 2025 (2h per week)
- Nuclear Waste – Management, Disposal and Scientific Aspects 2023, 2024 (2 h per week)
- International School on Simulation of Nuclear Reactor Systems (SINUS) of the Nuclear Energy Agency NEA,
- Basics of Statistics, Probability, and Related Things (online, 22. April 2024)
- Basics of Statistics, Probability, and a Glimpse on Python Tools (7. May 2025)
- University of Bielefeld, usually held as a course of 21 hours (28 SWS).
- University of Applied Science Aachen:
- Ageing Phenomena in Nuclear Materials, 2021 (online, 2 h per week)
Further teaching experience at the University of Bielefeld: Quantum Mechanics I (4 h lecture, 2 h exercise per week), Lesekurs Kernphysik. From 2008 until 2010 I have been an assistant teacher for Computer Physics. I have been responsible for several computer simulations and a one week lasting Block-Course Introduction into physic specific programs.
