…I don´t speak about one of the best german movies, but of the LHC.  They are running! Here is a german article (Zeit.de) and here is a nice article and multimedia show on BBC. Let´s see, what comes out.

…is the official nickname of Cleveland (wikipedia.com). Of course I don´t agree on that. The university and the campus are really nice and huge. But it seems some mistakes have been done here the last few month: many houses / buildings are empty, with broken windows and really in a bad shape. Traces of the financial crisis?

The first day in Cleveland, and the first day in a new office. For the next months I´m visiting the physics faculty at Case Western Reserve University.
